Certant was founded in 1999 by four young entrepreneurs who graduated from the business schools of Harvard and the INSEAD in France. The goal was to become the technology partner of top companies and to assist them in their medium and large-sized projects.
Thanks to capital contributions from Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst in 2000 and Intel Capitals in 2001, the firm consolidated its local position and began expanding throughout the region.
Nowadays, Certant is a reference point on the local market of made-to-measure software development, since the firm has acquired know-how and experience on different vertical markets.
